HP Latex 360 Series "Print Mode not supported, check profile is synced" driver error

When printing to the HP Latex 360 Series Driver in Shiraz RIP and you come across the following error message:

"Print Mode not supported, check profile is synced. (Press Media Manage button under Status tab)"

 

It could mean that you have not synced your profile(s) with the printer. Have a read through this guide to find out how to sync your profile
