Design does not start up

Sometimes when the user clicks on Design in Shiraz Launcher the application does not open. This is due to corrupted registry information.

The best way to resolve this issue is to delete the existing user account. From the Shiraz Launcher, select:

Tools -->  User Manager --> Delete

This will remove the exisiting user. Next you need to create a new user account. Click on Design again to run the application. It will prompt you for a new username.

Setup the server and select your queue as usual. You should see the Design application.
