We don't currently provide telephone support. There are a number of reasons for this:
- By submitting help requests through email, your queries are fed through our tracking system and allocated a unique ticket ID. This ensures that all queries are answered and easily followed up at any stage and nothing get's forgotten or overlooked
- The person with the knowledge to answer your question isn't always available immediately on the phone or may not even be in the office.
- With email, nothing gets lost in translation. If we need to pass on your query to someone more knowledgeable in the company, we have your exact original query
- The email tracking system enables management to monitor and improve the product and the service
- If we did provide telephone support, we'd need to increase our prices or charge more for support – currently our standard support service level is free!
