Running Remotely

If you see any one of the following messages in license info or log:

"No more users allowed at this time."

"Concurrent users exceeded."

"Product is being run remotely"

The product is being run on remotely, such as over Remote Desktop or on a Citrix Server. This means that a user could set up the remote terminal as a server, and let as many computers as they wish run the product remotely on that computer--effectively letting numerous users run the product with a single license. By default this is disallowed.

 Solution - Run the product on a local machine
